REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
We understand that things don’t always go to plan, and can change.
To reschedule or cancel your booking please contact us via email - info@blackcabins.com.au
For changes or cancellations made at least 21 days prior to arrival, guests can choose to either reschedule, receive a credit voucher for the full amount or we can provide you with a refund (less the 5% booking fee).
For changes made 10-21 days prior to arrival, we are happy to reschedule your booking.
Cancellations requested within 10 days of your arrival make it extremely difficult for us to fill the dates so last minute. As such, there will be no refund, credit voucher or rebooking – partial or otherwise.
Please be mindful that cancellations impact us greatly and we really appreciate it when guests reschedule their booking rather than cancelling where possible.
